The I-BEAM features the very best drag performers in the region. It's always a "can't miss it" event on drag show nights.
All I-BEAM drag shows start about 10:00 p.m. on Friday nights. We've actually never seen them start at 10:00 or earlier, but you need to come early to get a good table. Doors open on show nights at 8:00 p.m. The show starts when the performers are darn good and ready to start. They run on their own schedule, which apparently has much to do with hair, makeup, costumes, attitude, and last minute show changes. Drag show cover charges are $7.00. Tables are not reserved and are "first come gets the best table". Regardless of what time the show starts, a good time is enjoyed by all and sometimes a great time is enjoyed by some.
